1Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and opsAI LLC covering your access to and use of ProductAtlas at https://productatlas.app, including the website, the public catalog, the REST API, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoints.

You accept these terms when you create an account, accept them during sign-in, or otherwise use the service. If you do not accept them, do not use ProductAtlas.

If you accept these terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization. Your account records the exact terms version you accepted, currently version 2026-07, together with the time of acceptance.

2Definitions

• Blueprint: a stable product-knowledge identity owned by a publisher.
• Blueprint Draft: the mutable working state of a Blueprint, private to its publisher unless published.
• Blueprint Release: an immutable published snapshot of a Blueprint, addressable by version and content digest.
• Publisher: the individual or organization that owns a Blueprint and is responsible for its content.
• Asset: supporting content such as an image, diagram, or document uploaded to a Blueprint.
• Agent: an automated client that retrieves ProductAtlas content, typically over MCP.

3Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Sign-in and credentials are handled by our hosted identity provider at auth.productatlas.app. ProductAtlas does not store your password. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

• Provide accurate registration details and keep your email address current.
• Do not share an account between people or transfer it without our consent.
• Your publisher namespace is permanent once chosen, because published releases are addressed through it.
• You must verify your email address before publishing.

4Your content and the rights you grant

You keep ownership of the Blueprints, Assets, and other material you submit. You are solely responsible for that content, including your right to publish it.

By publishing a Release you confirm that you have the rights to share the content, that you have removed confidential material belonging to your employer, clients, or third parties, and that the license and attribution you select are accurate.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, index, transform for safety processing and search, and display your content so we can operate and promote the service. For published Releases, you also grant end users and their agents the rights stated in the license you selected for that Release.

Because Releases are immutable and may already have been retrieved, packaged, or adapted by others, the license you granted for a published Release survives its withdrawal or the deletion of your account. Withdrawal removes a Release from public distribution going forward; it does not recall copies already retrieved.

5Drafts, Releases, and immutability

Drafts are mutable and private to the publisher. Publishing creates a new immutable Release; it never rewrites a Release that already exists. Correcting a published Release means publishing a new version.

Publishing requires an explicit semantic version, release notes, a selected license, attribution confirmation, completion of required asset processing, and no blocking validation findings.

We may make a Release unavailable for distribution through withdrawal, quarantine, or deprecation. These actions change public availability and are recorded as auditable moderation events; they do not alter the content of an immutable Release.

6Using content published by others

Blueprints are product knowledge contributed by third parties. They are not our advice, and we do not verify that the guidance in them is correct, complete, current, lawful, or suitable for your situation.

Treat all Blueprint content as untrusted input. This matters especially when you pass it to an AI agent: content may contain instructions intended to influence agent behavior. Review it, apply your own judgment, and keep a human in control of consequential actions.

Your use of any Release is subject to the license the publisher selected for it. You are responsible for complying with that license, including attribution requirements.

7Agent access through MCP and the API

Public MCP and the public REST API are anonymous and read-only. They expose published Releases only. Management MCP requires authentication and scoped authorization, and it acts only on resources you are entitled to.

• Do not attempt to reach unpublished Drafts or another publisher's private state.
• Do not circumvent rate limits, authentication, scopes, or safety controls.
• Do not use automated access to reconstruct a competing catalog wholesale, or to overload the service.
• You are responsible for actions your agents and API clients take with your credentials.

We may apply rate limits, revoke tokens, and change or retire endpoints. For breaking changes to published interfaces we will give reasonable notice where practical.

8What our trust signals mean

ProductAtlas shows separate, scoped trust signals. Each one describes exactly what was checked and nothing more. They are not a warranty, and they are not a substitute for your own review.

Signals apply to the exact Release that was checked. A later version of the same Blueprint is a different artifact and carries its own signals.

9Acceptable use

Your use of ProductAtlas must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. It sets out prohibited content and conduct, and how to report a problem.

10Moderation and enforcement

Anyone can report a Release. We may investigate reports, request information, and take proportionate action where content or conduct breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

• Quarantine or withdraw a Release from public distribution.
• Revoke a trust badge or reverse a verification.
• Suspend or ban an account, or reject a publication.
• Restore availability if a report is not upheld or an issue is resolved.

We record these actions as auditable moderation events. We aim to tell affected publishers what happened and why, and to offer a route to respond, except where telling you would be unlawful or would frustrate an investigation. We do not silently edit your content.

11Our intellectual property

The ProductAtlas software, interfaces, catalog structure, trust methodology, brand, and logos belong to opsAI LLC or its licensors. These terms do not grant you rights in them beyond using the service as intended.

You may reference the ProductAtlas name to describe your use of the service. Do not use our brand in a way that suggests endorsement, verification, or affiliation you do not have.

12Availability and changes to the service

ProductAtlas is offered without an uptime commitment unless we have agreed one with you in writing. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, and we may perform maintenance that interrupts access.

Some parts of the service are in active development. Features may behave differently or be withdrawn while we improve them.

13Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProductAtlas is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that automated screening will detect every unsafe artifact, or that any Blueprint will produce a particular outcome for your product.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, opsAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service or of any Blueprint content.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of the total amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim and US$100.

15Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify opsAI LLC against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from content you publish, your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your infringement of a third party's rights.

16Suspension and termination

You may stop using ProductAtlas at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if continued access would create a security or legal risk. Where the circumstances allow, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem.

On termination your right to use the service ends. Sections covering published content licenses, our intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law continue to apply.

17Changes to these terms

We version these terms. Each version has an effective date and a version identifier, and your acceptance record stores the exact version you agreed to.

When we make a material change we publish a new version and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. Access to publishing and other account features requires acceptance of the current version.

18Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you and we each consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Either of us may still bring an individual claim in any small claims court with jurisdiction. Before starting other proceedings, describe the problem to [email protected] and give us thirty days to resolve it.

If you use ProductAtlas as a consumer, nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer provisions of the law where you live, or of any right you have under that law to bring proceedings in your local courts.

If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
